Sienna Women's League (SWL) members gave a SWL "community hug" to several FBISD families Sat, Dec 7, 2019 by delivering three carloads of Holiday Cheer Project gifts to Shared Dreams, a FBISD Collaborative Communities program. SWL members adopted three families who, despite incredible loss and hardship over the past year, have managed to persevere. Thanks for Bobbie "Summer" Anderson, Shared Dreams Facilitator, for inviting SWL to participate for a second straight year. And kudos to Courtney Axcell, Cheryl Bernard and Carla Cook, who served as great SWL Holiday Cheer team leaders, and to our wonderful members who fulfilled the three families' wish lists. We also appreciate the help of Steve Bernard and Rege Platek and SWL members Viki Deardorff, Beverly LeBlanc, Julie Platek and Kathy Magers who helped with delivery today.
